Grit: A 6-Part Quest

Dr. Caren Baruch-Feldman and Renee Jain present 6 online classes to help you understand and cultivate grit.

Help your Kids Succeed with the Superpower of Grit!

Talent is everything, right?

Not quite.

Science has revealed that it’s not talent that predicts success, but a combination of passion and perseverance towards long-term goals: an essential attribute called “Grit.” It turns out that Grit is a key part of well-being, resilience and success.

Sounds important! We should teach it to our kids. But, as you may have guessed, it's not that easy.

Often when we try to grow grit, there are two voices in our heads in direction competition. One voice is loud and impulsive and wants immediate rewards. The other voice is quiet and thoughtful and encourages us to think about long-term outcomes.

When kids are trying to grow their grit, they will be more successful if they can tune into what you know will feel good in the long-term and quiet down what feels good right now, of course. So, how do you teach kids to make the long-term choice? The tools you need along with so much more to help your child grow their grit are at the heart of this quest!

Join world-renowned grit expert, Dr. Caren Baruch-Feldman, and Renee Jain on this 6-session quest to get tools to help grow your child's grit.

This quest is for adults to teach your kids 7+ how to grow their grit. We'll teach you, you teach the kids! This quest is appropriate for parents, educators, and professionals. 🙂

"I believe in living the life you want, not the life you fall into. This is achieved by having a positive outlook, setting realistic and obtainable goals, thinking about what will be good in the long-term, and making a plan for obstacles."

-Dr. Caren Baruch-Feldman
